• Oxford Street Books is located in, logically, Oxford Street in Leederville, a very short walk from the Leederville Train Station. Although it's relatively small, it's a magnet for lovers of independent bookstores and is in a great location for grabbing lunch or a coffee after your shopping trip.
• Planet Books in Beaufort Street, Mount Lawley can be reached by a short bus ride from the city centre. It's newer than Oxford Books but attached to the long-standing Planet Video shop. It also has a great range of books and has recently had a renovation inside to make it seem even larger and more inviting.
